2nd Annual Saint Pattys Day Richland Road Ride

So....who's in? Last year we had an awesome turnout, great scenery, and a great time. The weather should be awesome as it is early spring.

The date is March 17th, which is a Sunday. If it ends up that the Saturday works better for most, then that is fine just the same.

For anyone interested who hasn't been to Richland Road, it is located in Lenoir NC, we typically meet at the Walmart in Lenoir, address below. The trail is easy, with bypassable sections to provide difficulty. A 2wd could easily do the trail, with a tug or two here and there. But, you can still be challenged with a built rig, I know I have a blast. The scenery alone makes it worth it for me! It really is a beautiful area.

Let's aim for a meet up time around 10AM, it can be a drive for some; including myself, so no need to wake up too early!

Also if anyone is interested, we can run the trail in reverse at the end, for anyone wanting to extend their wheeling opportunities. Also, take note: no creek runs will be included in this ride, there will probably be more than 2-3 trucks; with too many in the creek we could damage the place, so let's try to keep everything in mind.

Nope! We can do it Saturday, and I figure we will, as it would probably work better for most

I'm a definite maybe. But Sunday would be better for me.

I am probably out. I have a bunch of stuff to do in March. The yard is feeling neglected. I am trying to show it that I do not love the FJ more than it. I just love them differently.

I will stay tuned for info just in case.

Should I be upset that no on is interested? Or just disappointed? Right now I am both. I am just looking for a little insight

I'm still jaded after the Gulches fiasco... But I am interested in this trip.

LOL, yea the Gulches was a messed up trip, but Richland is great no matter the weather, I have been 3 times when it has been raining

yeah i like richland...alot...regardless of the weather i will be there...

I have made 4 wheeling trips since Christmas. Getting tired and need to take care of some things. Besides Richland road causes me more damage than anywhere else!

Yea I know, and that's fine. Everyone's got to have their priorities.

For me, the kids start Soccer (I know) on Saturdays in March. So it would be tough to do a Saturday for a while

I'm just waiting on the wife to get back from Orlando tomorrow to see what she may or may not have planned for that weekend. I'd love to run Richland as I have not yet.

I am a strong maybe on this. If I could make it then it would have to be saturday because I have to work sunday in Greenville.

Two weekends my son has soccer Sat and Sun. This happens to be one of them. I never get a break.

Dang! Richland is quite the hike from Elizabeth City. I have a customer in Edenton, and used to fear having to drive all the way out there

I started talking about next weekend with my girlfriend to firm up plans when she said "excuse me?". Apparently I have already committed to going to wilmington next weekend so I'm out.
