Uwharrie Trail Ride NOV 10th

By the way they changed the Wolf's Den to Dutch John connection. It use to have a neat little rock group, but now it is lame. Oh yeah it's has an actual stop sign too!

No sign of that new lake side trail they were talking about at the beginning of the year.

According to a few reps from the USFS the Lake View trail will happen next year if at all

The Falkens are 3 ply Sidewalls. I wouldn't go back to 2 ply....

It was very cool meeting you guys, we had a blast! Definitely looking forward to doing it again

it had a rock group? was Def Leppard or the Doors rockin it? and since its lame now is it that Nelson is there?

We took very few pictures. These two show how really dry it was. Dickey Bell hill had a fine layer of fine dust making it slick.

It was definitely slick. Brian found that out spotting me. That dirt was like baby powder if that helps in describing it.

yeah there was some slick dust out there...though for some reason i was able to get up kodak with no problems...last time we were there i had trouble getting up the first ledge and ended up going around...this time no problems...maybe it was the line i took but either way i had almost zero slippage too...interesting...

Last time was wet out when we hit Kodak. Remember the trouble just getting up that little ledge on Rocky Mount before Kodak? The tires were getting packed with mud.
