General Thoughts About the First Uwharrie Trail Ride of 2013?

Uwharrie is opening the last weekend in March (29-31). This is also Easter weekend. I am a planner and going to reserve a campsite for a few days. The good sites fill up quick. I would reserve either for this weekend or the next (April 5-7). Obviously I would like to go when some of you guys will be out there.

So what are your thoughts? Which would you guys most likely go? Would Easter weekend be too busy with family stuff or too crowded being the first weekend? Or would the next weekend not be as good because it is not opening weekend?

The first weekend is the Uwharrie Jamboree. It will be a zoo out there, one of the busiest, if not THE busiest weekends of the year.

Tyler was wanting to go, but I would much rather go the second weekend.

That is a $6 dollar value. But wait there is more, also included in a cheap LED flashlight and a shirt, at an $18 dollar value. PLUS, a Certificate on 8.5"x11" plain computer paper to PROVE that you took this class.

I was gonna go the 29th because we didn't have classes. Scott is the guy who runs the UORTC. He helps out the park service with ideas and planning for the OHV trails. And FYI I payed $5 for my UORTC shirt. Much of a better deal than $225.

ok great for the help with the parks service and keeping it up and running but seriously $225 PER person?? does he actually think that someone will pay that?? im assuming that someone will...there are suckers everywhere...
