Trip to Uwharrie in early December - DECEMBER 3RD

When you say meet at the Outpost, are you referring to the Eldorado Outpost?

I lost my copilot for this trip. Looks like I'll be alone unless I can get my daughter to come along. Any other teens going to be on this ride?

hey folks Angie and I are probably going to be late...we have to get my parents to the airport in greensboro at 830 and then leave from there...we will do our very best to be there on time or at least before step off time...PLEASE WAIT FOR US...PLEASE.!!!!!!

I'd be willing to wait for ya buddy. I'm sure we can push the take off time back a little!

Great news! Its looks like we will have our token non-FJ after all, thanks to Matt.

I am superstitious now. I have only hurt the FJ when it has only been FJs.

bigdogdewey2... we should be right behind you. I'll be leaving greensboro (near the air port) @ around 8:45.

I'll be at the outpost around 10(ish). See everyone in the morning. Dress in layers, it will be cold early and warm up fast.

If that's the case, I'm not gonna worry if I'm not there by 9:30.

FJYuri, my kids are going but they are 5 and 7. And FYI my wife is pretty sick so she won't be along (a first). I did ping a buddy to see if he might tag along, not that it matters.

Oh, and as some of you guys saw, our buddy Matt is coming in his Jeep!

Angela and I had a lot of fun. No real close calls this time, thank goodness. Good to see some of you again, and meet new people. Everyone was pretty helpful.

I love how all the FJ's are the same car, but each one has it's own identity and character. Even the Jeep.

I will skim through the pictures in photoshop, fix them up a bit, and upload the good ones. We took some video as well, but I actually have never tried too much video editing, I may give it a go with the footage taken. Though as a warning, I probably should have used the tripod.

I feel bad because I didnt get really any action shots, and I missed a bunch of you guys in the front.
















I'll put all of the files (untouched) in a rar file for you guys who want to look through them, many came out blurry though.

Great shots Fonnie. The group shot (4th from the bottom) was the absolute perfect angle! Put that shot in the Forum Gallery, and I will definitely be voting for you.

Had another great time! Good to meet all the new faces too!
