If Gulches, 10:00 when they open. If URE, probably 9:30.

I feel pretty confident in saying that none of us would make it up in the rain in its current state. Dry....no problem

Yea I agree. Open/Open is not possible this year even lifted with tires, and the times of taking stock FJ's up is long gone

| The rock on the first ledge was cut out pretty good. Looked like someone took a pick ax to it. But the right side that the short wheelbase guys go up was the same. | |

| I'm considering this, even if only for the "baby" trails. I'll do my best to make it, but make no promises. I'll be back in school for the first time in almost a month. | |

If Gulches, 10:00 when they open. If URE, probably 9:30. Better make that 9:30 to have time to ready your rig. - Crazy Hube wrote:

Good point. We want to be able to sign the forms and leave for the trails immediately after 10. Same for URE - meet at 9:15, hit the trails at 9:30.

| I think one of the big issues with closing the Gulches was due to the temp. The mud on the road had to be washed off, and DOT that posed a safety issue due to the ice. I think as long as it is not a endless downpour late on Friday, we should be ok. IF it is not too wet I am going to give the rock garden another shot! |

I think as long as it is not a endless downpour late on Friday, we should be ok. IF it is not too wet I am going to give the rock garden another shot! That's the spirit If there's a deep mud puddle at the bottom of it, I'll probably pass on it. If it's somewhat dried up, I'll give it a go. I know the last time when the 4Runner (can't believe I forgot his name) tried it, it was a soupy mess and there was no chance of even getting the front tires up on the rock.
