NCFJ - WWP Show Trophy Categories

All,

Please assist us and post, in this thread, your thoughts for possible Trophy categories. The WWP comittee will review these and pick 5.

If you want to contribute to this thread, please do so ASAP so we can keep the show organizational "ball rolling".....

Best-Chick-Color-Made-Manly category??? LMAO.

No, but seriously.... here are some thoughts on awards:

Cleanest Truck (Interior and/or exterior)
Furthest Show Participant
Best Modified (offroad and "mall crawler")
Best Original Modification (not storebought)

How bout:

Best DIY mod

Maybe in categories (Suspension, Lighting, Body)

or...BIGGEST Rack?

1. Most unique mod (done in 2011)
   
2. Cleaneast trail ridden FJ
   
3. Meanest Looking FJ
   
4. Tallest FJ (measurements not to include antennas)
   

Personally I think it would be more fun to have less "voted on" categories and more "won" categories. Perhaps a few FJ games.

examples:

Egg on PVC pipe - An egg would be placed in a pipe staged at increasing heights. Driver would have to take their FJ over (front to rear) the pipe/egg without knocking it off. Kind of a reverse limbo.

Wheel on a dime - A coin is placed on the ground. Driver has to pull the front tire of their FJ up to the coin. The driver who gets closetest to the coin without going over wins. Call it the "one with their vehicle contest".

Tug of War - Strap them up and pull! Winner moves up the bracket. This would be the best, but not sure of the logisitics. We would probably want some wet mud to help reduce breaking something.

Tug of war ...be great on the hill behind the parking lot...

All looking like good suggestions, with the exception of a few.... (tug of war, most girly color made manly....)LOL

I would suggest

Best In Show
Best/Coolest Modification
Club Spirit

I think classes should be broken up into;
Stock Suspension
Lifted Suspension (I assume we won't see any slammed FJs)

I might add more later...

-most mall proven FJ.
-most polished skid plates
-shiniest hub caps
-longest curb feelers

Most color matched accesories.
Chromest exhaust tip
Most stikars (rolando! )

Come on guys, I cant believe we've gotten this far and no one has recommended "most stickers catagory!"

And the "cleanest inside and out" should get a penalty, not a trophy!
