| This is the build thread for my garage queen lol This is a 2003 Corvette Z06. It's the 50th Anniversary year with Electron Blue paint, Mod Red interior and is 1 of 122 ever produced with this combo. She was unofficially named "Naomi" because the car deserved a sexy name The Z06 alone is a very impressive car, so the mods that have been done are only to enhance the car...nothing more. Modifications: Performance and Exterior:- Pfadt Race coilovers (lowered about 1.5")
- Pfadt Race swaybars
- C6 Z06 brakes/rotors
- 18/19 Forgestar F14 wheels
- Bridgestone RE-11 high performance tires
- LG Pro longtube headers
- Halltech intake
- Random Technology high flow cats
- GHL Magnum exhaust
- Yella Terra roller rockers
- PAC 1518 springs
- FAST fuel rails w/ Aeromotive guage
- 27% window tint
- Shorty antenna
Interior:- Aluminum guage bezels
- Delrin Hardbar shift knob
- Custom shift boot
- MGW short throw shifter
- Alpine speakers
- Lloyds Z06 mats (red detail)
- Andy's partition (mod red)

| A little back story... This is the 4th Corvette I've owned. The first was a red '02 Z06 that came from Wilimington, NC. I was making a ridiculous payment on it so I sold it for a higher mileage black '99 hard top coupe that I did some performance work to. I had a fairly aggressive cam in the car that was amazing...even for a daily driver, I loved the feeling of the car shaking while sitting at a redlight! I longed for another red Z06, so I sold the black monster and bought another '02 Z that I daily drove for about a year. First 2002 Corvette Z06 1999 Corvette FRC (fixed roof coupe) Second 2002 Corvette Z06 That leads me to Naomi. She first popped up on a forum for sale and I fell in love. I practically gave away my red Z to buy this car! It had every piece of documentation you could imagine. The owner even had a log of the times he filled the car with gas I bought 2 plane tickets to Sacramento, California and jumped on the plane to meet her. It was a 5000+ mile round trip to get the car and drive it home but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Here are just a couple of pics from the trip... Over some water (not sure where lol) Our cab driver in California My girlfriend snapped this picture and forgot to turn the shutter sound off, her reaction was hilarious! The cruise control was set around 120mph and we top a hill to find this guy, what are the chances! I flew around him and he caught up with us and we were hauling azz through the desert together They were building the new bridge at the Hoover Dam...a very cool sight. Most people don't realize how great these cars are on fuel. The window sticker says 29MPG highway but this is what we were registering across 3 or 4 states:
