NOTE: Registration is still open and will continue to be open until the day of the show. However eligibility for FREE t shirts has expired. The deadline was March 22nd. Registration will continue to be a 10 dollar donation to the Wounded Warrior Project via our donation website. T shirts will be available for sale the day of the show on a limited basis.


PLEASE NOTE, THE RAFFLE IS OPEN ONLY TO CLUB MEMBERS THAT ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE SHOW, YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!! TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE SHOW ONLY. PRICE TBD

Your registration donation includes your "swag bag" +1 Drivers event shirt (BLACK)---> IF YOU REGISTERED PRIOR TO MARCH 22!!!!. One additional shirt will be made available for a very small cost to all drivers/trucks entered. These shirts will be a color other than black.

All, this week we will be setting a registration deadline for NCFJ members to pay for their attendance in this event.

The cost is a $10.00 donation made to the Wounded Warrior Project. The preferred method of payment is via an online donation of a minimum of $10.00.

Once a donation is made, you will be listed on the Wounded Warrior website as having donated, and I will then list you in this thread. **If you are unable to make a donation via the website, please email me: dbronson@ncfjcruisers.com

The donation will get you an event t-shirt and other swag.

I can tell you this, the deadline for registration will not be a big window, as logistically, we need to know headcount asap. April is right around the corner and we are now getting into crunch time as far as planning goes, so please donate as soon as you can. We will be taking shirt sizes soon!

Show update for March 11, 2012.

Please see item number one for raffle info:

1. Raffle Info - $5/ ticket, 20 ticket/$100 max. 2 tickets in each swag bag. Raffle starts
at 1:30p (1hr-ish)

2. Police Escort - Confirmed for leaving @ 9am from Triangle Mall

3. Convoy Meet Time- be at designated departure time no later than 8:30am to leave @ 9a from Triangle Mall

4. Volunteers/schedule for manning "donation stations"- 30 minute shifts standing
near donation lock box locations. Thread to be posted on forum. Donations through 1p.

5. Swag bags- Handed out by David @ event. Burt's Bees sunscreen addition- John
**tshirts** Non swag ones will be distributed at event

6. Vendors Set Up- Latest 8:30am day of show. John will open lot night prior also

7. Hill climb- Open for photos. "Family Tree" of Trail Teams

8. PortaJons- Men's, women's and family for 3 total. Set up along back fence. Bathrooms available at the dealership

9. Trophies- Categories:
9a Club Favorite- voted on registered members. Ballot in each swag bag
9b.Best non-FJ- voted on by attending vendors/judging committee consisting of onsite sponsors.
9c.Best Overall Mods- judging committee consisting of onsite sponsors.
9d.Least Modded- judging committee consisting of onsite sponsors.
9e.Best Mall Crawler- judging committee consisting of onsite sponsors.

10. Mods list on windshields- Card stock in each swag bag. Scott Haynes providing.

11. Swap Meet- Place your items in front of your truck at event

Police escorted convoy will depart from the Sak's Fifth Avenue parking lot at Triangle Towne Center promptly at 9am!!!!

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED! ANY ncfj MEMBER SHOWING UP OR DONATING BEYOND THIS POINT WILL BE MAKING A DONATION ONLY. WE ARE OUT OF BAGS AND THE RAFLE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED AS WELL. wHEN YOU GET YOUR LANYARD AND NAME TAG FROM JOHN TOMORROW, MAKE SURE YOU PRESENT IT WHEN PURCHASING RAFFLE TICKETS FOR THE MEMBER RAFFLE.
