Short joke on the short guy, you are a genius. How do you come up with this? If only I could come up with something about a funny looking kid with a subconscious attraction to other guys. |

And because of this thread Crazy Hube isn't even going to show up, well that and it needs a new battery, and frame, and the shocks are a little goofy.
But one day you will ALL see Crazy Hube

| Back on topic.....
The Flats is "ok" for a fun day of wheeling. It really is more designed for buggies or dedicated trail rigs though. There are certainly a few places for mild daily drivers like ours, but those parts are rather easy and not very challenging.
It doesn't go from mild to wild - it's mild OR wild, not much in between. There's one small area that is a bit more challenging for us - but you can't spend the whole day there. You would definitely want to spend a good part of the day watching the buggies - otherwise you'll be bored in a couple hours.
I went over the summer since they had an open ride the same weekend that I happened to be camping 5 minutes away. I'm waiting to see when they plan another summer ride, so I can camp the same weekend again. Well worth it if it's that close - but I certainly wouldn't drive 2+ hours for it. I'm on the edge going 1.5 hours now.

| yeah in the end i would not want to drive that far to watch..i love watching ..dont get me wrong..i jsut like to wheel too...and if im doing more watching than wheeling...then in the end its not worth it...but like Nick said if this summer they have another open date then it might be worth it to camp..

| Well Nick's review was SPOT ON
If you have a buggy that place is a paradise, but I didn't have much fun there, it was certainly cool watching others though

| Yeah there were a ton of people there. Was good because all the money raised went to help families of two soldiers that were killed. It was kinda hard to get around anywhere though with all the people. | |

| Yep, I am declaring The Flats a total loss to everyone here, unless you buy a buggy or something you can thrash on. | |
