Yup, we should be fine! There's a ton of space in the back, which is where we'll be. Im not sure how to post a zoomed in pic of the dealership, but just zoom in a whole lot and youll see all the parking.

So, what are the chances we can find an earth moving company to sponsor the event as well? I'm thinking they can rearrange the hill we got to climb on last year and make it a little more fun than a simple hill...

just needs alot of water....

Yes mike. The dealership should have plenty of room especially outback. They have a huge lot plus we have walked the lot numerous times this year. The last time I spoke with john from the dealership I had stated that we want to mix the trucks in the vendors together this year. Because last year the dealership and vendors way off by themselves and I did not get a lot of traffic. I am being systems upon a mixed venue as I wanna make this as good for the vendors as it is for us. We received a lot a vendor commitment this year and a lot of great prizes for the raffle. I want to make sure they as well of us are taking very good care of by the dealership I know if this is done right this will be a bigger and bigger event with each year. And in securing our spot as a supporting partner with wounded warrior project , we are assured that this is going to be a great charity event.

Agreed! I think Leith should put in a Hummer (or Land Rover) Dealership like course! Is there a closed Hummer Dealership nearby?

No Paul, nothing like that nearby. However they do have a lot of land... it would be cool to have some kind of off road course.

As of now, yes....I will do my best to make sure this happens!!! If anything changes, I will let you know. But i want this as much as anyone else

If we show Leith Toyota a legitimate reason I bet they would be willing to invest a little into making that hill a little challenging. It would be fun for us every year and a good selling point for them to use with their FJ's on the lot.

Well, here is the usual answer when questions like this are asked.......it all boils down to liability of the dealership and insurance...

I personally believe that it would be a good idea for a dealership that sells 4x4s and has access to alot of land.... to build a "confidence course" as a promotional tool and a selling point. After all, there are such things called waivers and these waivers are created by lawyers that most businesses have on retainer.... just sayin....I completely understand the suggestions set forth here by our members.

I see we have 38 "yes" votes on the poll for show attendance, but I have only received registration from only 20 members.

Hey guys, some things have changed as far as raffle giveaways due to misrepresentations from some our corporate sponsors and for that I not only apologize but take full responsibility.

Promised items should start rolling in this week and I'm as giddy as a kid before xmas to start signing for them .

This is a great group and because of this group we will be able to do some really good things and help alot of very deserving folks.

I'm looking forward to meeting some of you for the first time and catching up with some I've met before.

As a jeep owner though I have to say I'm really jealous looking at the list of whats on tap and know that most of it I wouldn't get to enjoy even if I won....see ya'll soon

Dsbike, I love your attitude! I think it perfectly personifies our group as a whole and I am glad you posted this comment!

I can't wait for this event.....soo much hard work and effort has gone into the planning so far. I personally want to thank all those involved in organizating this show. I know we have spent many hours of our valuable personal time and our club has had members come forward and donate alot of money, beyond the registration, to WWP, and for that I am thankful! Also want to send a BIG thanks to all the vendors to have joined us to really make this a top tier event!

It is sure to be a great time, if you haven't registered, please do so ASAP!

Thanks for all the hard work John! I too cant wait for the show; the trucks, family/friends, vendors, food, music. raffle... man, its going to be awesome.

so theoretically there should be 38 FJ/TACOS/4RUNNERS/OTHER registered for this event...that is so awesome!! Come on folks if you havent registered yet you need to get on the ball!! we have over 120 members in this "club" so i know we can get more than 38 to come and be a part of it! Besides $10 is nothing to give compared to what you get in return.
