Nice! Thanks for sharing. I retired before the C17 really became the workhorse that it is today and never saw that from that angle.

As a Navy Corpsman from 1990-1994, I only rode in a C-130, and we only carried to Humvee Ambulances that we drove off....would liked to have seen this in person myself....

Awesome. I was in 27th Engineer Bn Combat Airborne at Ft Bragg, HOOAH! Had the pleasure of being on the first ever troop drop from a C5A Galaxy (HUGE Plane)... Sucked you right out the door. I followed my fair share of Humvees out as well as all kinds of other equipment. Walking off a lowered tailgate of a C130 aircraft into total darkness is not a natural thing to do.
Kinda miss those days, but happy to be home safe with my family.
