spotted about 10 today in asheville and surround

I spotted about ten fjs on 19/23-I-26 north of asheville. One silver lifted with ecu pirates stickers 3 inch lift 33's and a factory sized spare. I saw 2 or three yellow/ a murple and two other black diamond. Whats the deal with all these fj's and no wave or light flashing.
