"The new rule, which also requires off-road drivers to complete an educational program, goes into effect Feb. 15."
So yeah i totally agree that this could affect any upcoming trips to the OBX. interesting... | |

As far as I know, this does NOT affect the stretch of beach north of Carova as this stretch of beach is the only access to all those houses behind the dunes, therefore it is their only "road" back to Hwy 12. If anyone knows any different, let me know. | |

| well i kinda assumed that but wasnt sure...it would only make sense that since that is their only "road" that that remains as it is...good to know though.. | |
