tire deal for all

anyone looking for aset of 285/70/17 tires im going to pick up some of these next weekend. They are retreads with a BFG KM2 pattern that are reputed to run just as long as a factory KM2. The company skins the used tire completely down to theh belts and revulcanizes the tread to the belts just like in the original manufacturing process.

Anyway price is $500 per set and they are in Bluefield, WV. Im going to get a set for my 4runner and can bring back as many sets as needed for cost plus 25$ in gas money.

Will he not deliver down here anymore?

For me to drive up there and back it would cost a lot, Treadwrights would be cheaper even with shipping

BUT....that is a badass tread pattern

he will deliver but not till he is going to be in the area. Since im going to pick up a set I fugured I would throw it out there for anyone on this forum.

Awesome deal. Does he have them in 285/75/16? I would look to get a set of those in the future when replacement is needed.

he has them in a BFG A/T pattern but no mass produced M/T pattern

Chad...i NEED 1 only ONE....is $500 for a set of 4 or 5? im assuming 4...so 125 a tire is not bad...is 285/70 17 the only size?? i am very very interested in this deal but as i said i only need one...unless you want to sell me one of your used tires...i will buy one of your used tires ....lol

all i need is a spare

they are getting pretty sketchy. Have some pretty good sidewall scars and quite a bit of chunking. Not sure what I will do with them when i change em out. It's slated for january though.

Chad i would like to get one or more of your tires from the 4Runner...i dont care how the tread is..but i would like the best of your four tires...i really just want to get a spare mounted so that i have something just in case i need a tire to get me off the trail and back to the parking lot...

you do know our tires arent teh same size right? nearly a half inch off. Im not sure what that would do to the onboard traction control computers and such.

But I will let you have one if you want... Probably be mid to end of january. Till then if your wheeling with me I carry a spare all the time. We can share

I got turned on to a new size tire today and might change my plans a bit for the 4runner.

Wonder how hard it would be for me to squeeze in a 34" tire under the 4runner.

Saw a set of 255/80/17's today and really like the way they look.
