need a used cheap fj

I want to buy another fj. I need one with under 150,000 for 14k or less. If anyone has any leads hit me up (828)423-1440 Smoky cruiser

That may be hard to find.  The FJC has lead the charts in resale value for 3 years now.  My 07 with 37K books out around $22K

I would bet you could find a salvage one for that. Sad fact is with said high resale it would probably have had a lot of damage.

My local Dodge dealership in Kernersville has an 07 4WD with 87k miles for $15,900.  That's about the cheapest I've seen.  Any cheaper and you'd probably just find two wheel drive versions.  I assume you want 4wd?

The one in K-ville is loaded with all options except hitch/rack and even has rock rails, so you could probably sell some parts to offset some of the cost above your budget.

Wow are they confused. They have a 2WD with 110K on it for the same price.... Wonder if they just mixed them up?

Yeah, but the 2wd has a roof rack, grill guard, 4runner wheels and rock rails.  Of course it's just a base model with no FJammer, gauge pod, steering controls or anything...

They're sticklers for their price there, so it's probably correct, but it makes me wonder if it's been in an accident or if there is some other issue.
