| Install wasn't too bad. Only real issue I had was getting the 2 frame side bolts lined up and in without cross threading. Instructions don't tell you what to do with a few cosmetic body parts, so get creative there. | |

| Not sure of the diameter/height at the moment, but between it and the power steering fluid reservoir there's not much space left in the spare battery area.
It holds almost as much as the stock tank. I transferred the fluid over and had about a gulp (technical term I know) left I had to recycle.
fjdarrell - please let me know if you have any questions or want more pics when it comes time to do your install

| do the stock fittings from the stock bottle just push in or are they screwed in? is it a pretty easy switch over?

| Yes the pumps, hoses, and wiring all transfer over. Pumps are pushed in and held by rubber grommets.
It's pretty "tight" in there, so it takes a little patience to get it all hooked up and secured. One of the steps in the instructions actually state "ok, prepare to do battle!"
If I had to do it over again I'd label everything as right now my supply hoses are crossed. Easy to fix, but I've got to squeeze my hands back in there and wrestle with it...

| Looking good, you want a gap of at least 1/2" or more between the body and bumper for flex. | |

Lucky to get a 1/4 inch with Demello. The bumper rests on the the tops of the bolts so the only adjustment is to bring the bumper up because you can't move it any lower. Just thought I would mention that. If you want some inexpensive lights to fill those light ports check out your local walmart. You can get a set of 3.75" driving lights for $20 with tax. They fit the ports but you will need to space them about 3/16" to get them centered with the opening. Pm me if you have any questions on the lights, I have some pictures on hand. One down side to the lights is they come with blue coated H3 bulbs. I went ahead and bought a couple standard H3 bulbs and swapped them out.
