If you mapquest it to lenoir it'll be accurate I'd say 5 plus hours but could be wrong.

Are we planning on richland and on Brown mountain? I was also wondering if roseboro road is still open. It was a trail near blowing rock/boone area memory a little foggy. I have not been wheeling at roseboro in a long time maybe 99 -2001. I am also looking forwards to meeting all the guys going. I don't think I have met any of y'all.

Can't make it. I couldn't bring up the courage to ask the boss for a day off a couple days in advance when I was 45 minutes late today. Phone died overnight....with my alarm, had to be at work at 6.45

What time and where are we all gonna meet up? Also any idea of who is coming? I am stoked.

I recommend meeting at the Lenoir Walmart and leaving by 9:30 if everyone wants to do Richland road and brown mountain. As of now I am in. It's not certain as my wife doesn't want to go.

im in too and meeting at Wallyworld in Lenoir is fine with me at 9:30 is perfect...

the first post in the thread has all the folks that are going...if it needs to be updated let me know...i think also BT may be going if he has no plans and i also think that Brian Lasig (autosolutions) is going if he decides to shut the shop down...

What does everyone do for lunch? Bring or do we go somewhere?

My buddy Derek is coming and he is the trail side ghetto grill master. He can whip up a tasty quick small fire grill set up. If every grabs their own meats and any extras they want we can do a quick fire somewhere along the trail, and leave no trace.

I usually just pack a sandwich and lots of drinks.

We will probably grab sandwiches too, then.
