2012 FJ Front Bumper

All our bumpers start out with a WINCH mount kit .250 Thick carbon steel.







From here we make sure all our Jigs are set level. All our tubes are parallel to each other. We call this next base stage our low Boy bumper.







From there still level we add the Stinger kit. Nice radius to add in 2 light tabs later for at least 700 series lights





We added the Full bumper kit . It is designed to give your FJ Maximum protection.







For OBDF to offer this ,here is a little background on it. Me and another great fellow in NCFJ created the winch mount kit. From there it took a full 7 months to come up with this design. I wanted to offer to all FJ owners something you cannot get from other companies. This is a kit bumper it can be packed in smaller boxes for easier handling. This will in turn save you the customer shipping and still get a quality bumper. OBDF is driven to give all of us something different. This bumper is set up to accept a roller fairleads. Both the roller type and synthetic type. When your order you can submit your fairlead type . we will program that type for the mount. The fairleads will exit between the lower tubes .

All our bumpers include the finishing touches Such as 4 light tabs. 6 mounting tabs for skid plate .









Round ends to finish off the ends of the bumper 1/2 inch from fender (plastic)

Now for the first time in the industry OBDF will offer these bumper configurations in kits. This means if you do not live close to GSO shipping will not kill you .



Low Boy Kit (base of all bumpers) includes the following (695.00)

Lower tube already welded full so there is less mistakes in welding your bumper kit (skid plate mount)

All bumpers and kits are made from 1.750 and 1.50 DOM .083 wall tubing. This is all the strength you will ever need. And will not weight the front of your FJ down .
