Here are a few videos my wife took. None of Larry. He was always first.

Some great pics and vids, although they dont really capture how much fun it was seeing Brian again and meeting his wife, or meeting Larry and Nick and his wife. Not much snow but still a great time.
The trail was actually much better than I had been led to believe, some really nice obstacles along the way, and a lot of "wading!"
All in all a long day with the drive from Raeford, but well worth it!

Chalk a mashed exhaust pipe, bent top LCA mount, and crushed HD hitch cover up to trail damage.
I need guards for the mounts now. I saw someone post some on here, but can't find them now. Someone please point me in the right direction.
The pictures don't really show it, but the mount was bent pretty good. I took the lca off bent it back. Now humpdy dumpdy is back together again.

really sorry i missed this...you guys obviously had a great time..Brian. wow and ouch...i have the same problem with mine and its actually pretty bad that you can take the stuff apart and rebend the stock stuff...weeeeeak...i am working on getting together my own guards and im probably gonna do my own LCAs for the rear...just need a little time and i will have them...no way am i gonna spend to much over $200 for LCAs...and the guards are gonna be easy too...

Wow Brian, now you're going to make me have to go look up under my truck and see if there are any "suprises" awaiting me! Drove home alright so I "should" be good.
Everytime I go out I want full coverage armor more and more.
I saw the hitch cover drag at least once, better it than your rear bumber cover!

Yeh, I look under every time just in case. Its all part of the fun.
I will say this, the set of budbuilt skids I bought were the best money spent on my FJ. When we were in the creek, and all you hear is CLANK CLANK CLANK, it is easier to swallow. Call it protection, call it peace of mind, whatever you want, worth it in my opinion. I was thinking of going by the Budbuilt shop on Monday and getting a rear diff skid, but it was too late in the day. Now I have to decide between the rear diff skid and lca mount guards. LCA mount guards might when given my current situation.

Brian, the skids have paid for them self for sure! I need some skids bad. My stock ones have had it. My LCA mounts were beat up too from last year. I was able to bend them back but it looks like a junkyard dog had a go at them. I would of lost my front bumper on some of those trails in Richland from the look of it.
Mike, let us know how the LCA armor works out. I need some too! The Outrider stuff looks like a decent option for bolt on. RuffStuff has a weld in replacement mount for cheap but it looks like it will take some work to get them on.
