| Hey guys, I was told about this great website. Its basically Craigslist but for guns. You put in your state, city or just do a nationwide search and voila!, people who have guns to sell (or want to buy/trade) magically appear. Awesome site and I just picked up a Taurus .357 Magnum from a guy in Wilmington the other weekend.

| I'm interested in getting a Home Defense Shotgun...maybe Remington 870 Tactical or Maverick 88 or Mossberg 500...or similar.
Looking for suggestion and or comments on what you have or ones I have listed. Don't want to dump a ton of cash into it, but want a good gun. | |

| Scott I just sold two shotguns about a month ago..one was a mossberg 500 let it go for 175....wish I had know u were looking..i would have let you have it for 300... | |

| shot gun is the best home defense gun available... yes you may pepper your walls but if you miss, you dont hit the 5 year old kid in the house next to you, plus the pump of a mossberg 500 alone will scare most people... dont get me wrong i love a 1911 and shoot one for work but ill stick with my 12 gage for home defense | |
