1988 TOYOTA 4X4 5sp for sale

ok here goes...im gonna try to sell this truck...i DO NOT have a title for it...but im sure that one can be gotten for it... I bought it a few years back along with another truck with the intention of using it as a parts truck for the other truck...those plans got changed quick...



This truck DOES run and very well at that...it does need a crank/waterpump belt (cheap) other than that honestly it needs nothing...the body is very straight other than a small dent on the left side of the bed...it would make a great farm truck or perfect for a cheap off road toy...(think SAS)....im asking $1000 obo...i want to sell it cause i need tires for the FJ...ill try to answer any questions that i can...four wheel drive works by the way....

Looks to be in pretty good shape, and it runs...wow, $1000 is a good deal. Would make a nice rock crawler with proper build out.

i hope so too...i really would like to get some new shoes for the fj...

the other truck may also be available ...gonna have to check on that...its an 87 model same thing though..it however does not have any suspension under it as i had already started the SAS but its also in good shape...no bed on it but there again still a good truck...ill see what i can do to put that on here too....

The one with no suspension I might be interested in... I wouldnt mind having the frame if there is no rust damage. Rust is ok but rusted through is a deal breaker.

im trying not to start a junk yard.... no interest in chevy axles or any more axles at all. The engines are meh to me I got a propane powered 22r. My frame on teh other hand has been mended so many times there isnt much factory frame left.

Is the D60 a steering axle? Kingpin or ball joint? Is the diff on the passenger side or driver side?

its a rear diff is centered... the 44 is the front axle and wrong sided for you to use.

however if you want to Solid axle your truck meet me at pull a part in winston and ill help you pull a d60 front

the truck has been sold..i do still have a cab/chassis with motor, trans and xcase...and dana 44 front and 14 bolt rear...

If I come help you pull the rest apart can I have the Frame then you can part out the rest fairly quick on NC4x4 of course i would pay youfor the frame.

If youhelp me pull it apart...u can definitely have the frame...name your price...just let me k.ow when u think u could help me...

Last weekend in october... you shouldnt have any problem parting it out from there on nc4x4

May take you up on that........but I need to make up my mind first lol.

I will encourage you to stay away from a solid axle swap if you intend to drive it every day. If your see it winding up on a trailer to and from trails then solid is the way to go.

No because you cant make it work and be comfortable but because you will try much harder and much more throttle jockey style assaults resulting in a broken and busted truck that isnt comfortable to drive every day.
