| Anyone interested in doing a Uwharrie run this coming weekend (July 20th)? My dad is coming down from Va to help me move some stuff out of my apartment and wants to come on a wheeling trip with me, so this is a good chance for us to kill two birds with one stone. | |

| Looking like I will be able to get out there for a couple hours. What time you thinking of going? | |

| The usual 900-930 meet up at Eldorado and then head out from there. Probably gonna leave it a pretty short run if we can, my dads hauling a trailer back up to Virginia after and he'd like to be able to get back before it gets late. | |

| Ended up being a flop, think I was the only one who made it out there. Ran wolf's den, the easy half of dickey bell, and one other easy trail who's name is eluding me. Not a bad time by any means, but the trails were sloppy with mud. Not dry at all. | |

Sorry it was such a light showing...wish I could've made it.

Sorry it was such a light showing...wish I could've made it. It's all good! These things happen, and this was a last minute plan anyway. I still got to take my padre around some of the easy, borderline mindless trails, give him an idea of what I do every few weekends, and spend some quality time with him. That is more than enough for me. Took him up to the actual Daniel obstacle and a few of the others, just to give him an idea of what we consider moderate to easy stuff. He's actually kind of interested in getting into wheeling himself, now... just wish he had the money right now. Kinda tempts me to sell my dodge to fund a second or third gen 4runner buy and build...

| Very cool, great to hear your Dad enjoyed the wheeling. I have tried to take my Dad out, but no go. | |

| Yeah, great to hear you and your father enjoyed the day...maybe he'll surprise you and go out and buy a trail worthy rig! | |

Well on one hand its great the bumpers are selling, testament to their quality....but with the Gunny naked, you need to get to work!
