| Can anyone give me an idea how much they pay to have their lawn mowed and how big their lawn is? I'm considering paying someone to cut it and have no idea what the going rate is. | |

| We pay a guy to mow the yard of our house in Texas, he charges $30 to mow/edge/blow 1/4 acre yard. | |

| I think he does it once a month March/April, bi-weekly May-Sept, then once in October. | |

| where is your house in Texas?? Angie and i used to live in Pearland just outside of Houston...and yeah $30 is about the going rate in a residential neighborhood... | |

| It's in Denton, just north of Dallas. My wife has friends in Pearland, she grew up in Sugar Land just southwest of Houston. | |
