Feeler: 16x8 Black Rock Wheels and 285/75R16 Falken Rocky Mountains (Wildpeaks)

Ok - first, no comments from the peanut gallery, although I'm sure they're comin' !!

I originally wanted to keep this setup to swap when I don't need the 315 setup on there. However, reality is that I will probably do that next to never, as it's just too much work to constantly swap wheels. If you read between the lines, what I really mean is that the wife wants to beat me senseless for having these things piled in the garage

So - as much as I REALLY would like to keep this setup, I have to consider letting it go. Plus it will give me more motivation to keep the new tires a little longer (just a little).

The wheels are in very good shape. 16x8 with 4.5 backspace. Each has slight rash, but the one with the most will be replaced with my brand new spare wheel. The others aren't bad at all. I'll put up some pics as soon as I can get some decent weather.

The tires are *cough* basically new. Less than 3k miles on them. These roll smooth and silent on the road, and are fantastic off road - except maybe in the slicker mud. They climb everything at URE as well or better than any other tire I've tried (a few). If the 315 size of the Falkens weren't so heavy (not sure why it's a huge weight diff from the 285), I would have put them on without a doubt.

For $800, you can have a very nice wheel/tire package. Ok - let the flaming begin!!

Ok. Gotta get these out of the garage now. I'll throw in the 5 th wheel with the deal. It just has a different tire on it, but still the same size. The fifth wheel is brand new.

So 4 practically new Rocky Mountains, and 5 black Rock wheels for $800. Pretty sweet deal I think

Hopefully get some pics this weekend, but once I do I'll be putting them on Craigslist also.
