| Lol, true story. I am in the process of deciding how costly it would be to build this into something I'd actually want to keep. | |

| I could put an axle, springs, wheels and tires, and electric drums on it for somewhere around $300. Then it would be usable and about 1/3 of the weight it is now. I'm not sure...I haven't talked myself out of taking it to the scrap yard on Mon. | |

I am probably not ever going to lift my FJ more than what it is now. I am going to call Monday and see what scrap is going for these days. | |

| Just mount the trailer hitch where the spare tire is now and you should be fine... | |

| I've decided that I'm going to haul it to my storage unit, pile up all my junk 4Runner and Trans Am parts and drop the whole thing off at the scrap yard tomorrow. | |

| I have just about anything from a 95 runnr...I'm going to take the SAS kit off of it and sell that seperately, and take the body and frame to the dump. | |

| So there's kind of a long story behind this but I was going to do an LS1 swap into this 4Runner. I took the body off the frame, have new body mounts, painted the frame, did the SAS, gathered all the parts...I had the engine, trans, dana 300, advance adapter for the trans to tcase, etc...I had it all ready to go, then ran out of time and couldn't finish it. Rather than spend 5 years working on this thing I scrapped it. So I now have a 95 4Runner body with no drivetrain, on a frame with a brand new SAS, 4.88 front and rear (open), with a few goodies left (like a walbro 255 fuel pump) that I can't sell for $1k. I have 3 times that almost in the SAS kit alone. Anyway, the storage fees at $80 a month just aren't worth it. So i figure take the brand new SAS kit off the frame, keep the front axle at least since it has armor, upgrades and 4.88's, and junk the rest. | |

| I woke up pretty sick today so I didn't really do anything. Yeah it's a factory Toyota axle from an sfa pickup. | |
