Nice, but you gotta get busy Mike, I read winches are super hard to use from inside the box, kinda like drinking that Dew without opening the pull tab!

really dirty but it fits and clears everywhere...

As you can see it is really dirty as i havent cleaned my truck in a good while..i had been doing some work around the truck and grinding dust had gotten down inside the bumper and turned it to surface rust...nothing a wire brush and some new paint cant fix...

anyway the winch fits absolutely perfectly so now i have to work on the front bash plate and get this thing mounted...

yeah its a matter of cutting some holes...lol...just need to make sure i dont make it too big and not too small...too big and a hawse fairlead for synthetic line wont cover the hole and too small then the line could drag across the bash plate...so its gonna be interesting. Ill be taking the bumper off tomorrow and cleaning it up a bit and drill some mounting holes. The wiring is gonna be pretty simple. I will need to run and grab some dielectric grease to put on all the contacts but other than that it should go rather easily...i will take some pics if i remember to do it. I think the hardest part of the whole install is just dealing with the weight of it all...lol...this sucker is not light

didnt have room under the cross bar for the selenoid box so it is mounted to the crossbar itself


you can see the selenoid box mounted to the crossbar worked out perfectly..


the last two pics are of the wiring and mounting just before i reattached the front skin

looks GOOD, but I gotta agree with you, the hawse fairlead will look even better.

yeah that big ol roller up front is buggin me but it will have to do til i can afford some synth...
