Uwharrie Monday July 23rd

Planning on going to Uwharrie on 7-23-12. I know this is a Monday and most of the world starts their work week on Mondays, but I start my weekend on Monday's. Is there anyone interested and available to go do some trails this day? Less congested than the weekends.

I will be on vacation that day. If you want to go again during the week in early August, I will join you.

I'd like to do another weekday trip somewhere along the line if possible also.

Kim& I were hoping you would be available. Always a good time and I thought you were off. Have a good vacation. Maybe able to make a weekday trip in early August also, but Kim will be home for several days around the 7-23 so it works for us. When do you go back to school?

We start back around August 22. I hate we will miss the 23rd, but my WHOLE family (mother, brother's family, and sister's family ) are going camping in Flat Rock, NC that week. So I guess it is less of a vacation and more of a workshop on restraint.

I'll be camping at Table Rock on the 23rd.....

I did the ride with my wife. It was a nice day in URE. I only have a few pics but here are a couple of them.

Nice out there on a weekday. Probably had the place to yourself. I'm considering going on my own tomorrow.

We only came across 1 Jeep & 1 motorcycle all day. Could take our time & play around at a few places without being in someones way. Very nice & a peaceful ride . However I am a lot more cautious , because if you get yourself in trouble, you have to rely on getting yourself out alone.
